S2S Tutor has opened their new K-12 Tutoring Center on Celebrity Drive this fall
Gallery Opening
Art From the GUT, the Third Annual Juried Student Exhibition features the work of students from local universities. It is juried by Jenny Burnham, Curator of Education and Public Programs at the Masur Museum of Art. The exhibition opens on February 10thand runs through March 8th. There will be an Opening Reception held at the Enterprise Center on Friday February 10th from 6:00 - 8:00 pm.
ACDC (Art. Create. Discover. Communicate.) Kids program began in the Fall of 2007 in partnership with the Lincoln Parish School System. Every six weeks, with the opening of a new art show at the Enterprise Center Art Gallery, the students spend a day at the Enterprise Center. They discuss the artistic process with artists who are represented in the show. They then create related art, write about their impressions of the exhibit, and their thoughts on the artist’s motivation.
